About Order Tracking
You cannot track a package until the order has actually shipped. Allow a minimum of 2-3 business days for order processing. Trying to track a package while it is still being processed will result in an error message from the UPS Tracking web page. An automated email with UPS tracking information is sent to all customers providing a valid email address on the online order form. You can track your shipment from our web site with this tracking number. If you placed your order by phone, you may not receive tracking information. It is best to place your order online to utilize the full benefits of order tracking.
You may also track your shipment using the ORDER NUMBER given on your online invoice.
